
Position: Director of Sales & Marketing
Location: Canopy Hotel Harbor Point, Baltimore, MD
Reports To: General Manager
Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $120,000.00 annual (experience-based salary)
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead all revenue-generating sales and marketing efforts for our luxury Hilton-branded hotel. This executive role is responsible for driving topline revenue, market share growth, and brand positioning across all segments, including group, transient, and luxury leisure.
This position is ideal for an experienced luxury hotel sales leader, including a high-performing Senior Sales Manager ready to advance into a Director role.
