We’re seeking a high-energy, self-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead strategic marketing efforts, strengthen brand awareness, and drive growth—especially for our Tumble Fresh brand, regarded as the Midwest’s premier laundromat chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies
• Manage digital presence, including website, social media, SEO/SEM, and email campaigns
• Oversee content creation, advertising, public relations, and event planning
• Analyze marketing data to improve performance and ROI
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals
• Manage budgets and sales forecasts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (required)
• 3+ years of marketing experience (preferably in B2B or healthcare sectors)
• Proficiency in MS Office, marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred), and analytics platforms
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
