Director of Sales & Business Development

What You’ll Own:

• Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives consistent, scalable growth
• Lead, coach, and elevate a high-performing sales team
• Build structure around goals, quotas, and KPIs that drive accountability
• Oversee pipeline health, forecasting, and overall sales performance
• Strengthen relationships with key accounts and strategic partners
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, finance, and leadership
• Identify market opportunities through competitive and customer insights
• Own reporting, forecasting, and executive-level presentations
• Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier sales talent
• Represent the organization at industry events and conferences
• Ensure CRM and sales processes are leveraged effectively across the team

What You Bring

• Deep understanding of the buy-and-bill infusion space, especially IGIV
• 10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role
• A proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and drive performance
• Experience managing teams and building scalable sales processes
• Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and forecasting tools
• Ability to translate strategy into execution and results
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Willingness to travel as needed
