We are looking for a Director of Sales and Marketing Systems who will lead and develop the systems our sales and marketing colleagues rely on every day, all over the world. This is a senior role, part of the global InformationSystemsmanagement team, reporting to our CIO. Your primary collaboration surfaces will be here in Lund, but the purpose of the role reaches much further — the systems youare responsible forsupport our sales and marketing colleagues in every region weoperatein. Your teams cover a broad and connected landscape: the technical web team behind axis.com, our marketing automation systems, our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, our support systems, our translation and localization agenda, and the many other systems that help our marketing organization work efficiently across languages, markets, and time zones.

Whatyou'lldo here as Director of Sales and Marketing Systems

You will manage the systems that make our global sales and marketing engine run — and, just as importantly, take part in helping us decide where that engine is headed next. These systems sit like levers in the company's business processes. Get them right and the whole of sales and marketing moves faster, smarter, and closer to the customer. That is the heart of your job: to make sure they keep doing exactly that, today and as the landscape keeps changing.

• Lead and develop the teams responsible for Axis' sales and marketing systems

• Drive the direction of systems including CRM, marketing automation, web, support systems, and localization

• Turn business needs into practical technical solutions and architectural initiatives

• Contribute to moving the department towards ownership of whole information flows — where systems talk to each other, share data freely, and keep our colleagues and customers at the center

• Collaborate closely with global sales and marketing organizations

• Support technology planning, prioritization, and investment decisions

• Takegood careof your staff and make the most of limited resources

Who are we looking for?

We think you are forward-looking and proactive by nature, used to collaborating in a global and multicultural environment, and genuinely at home in the combination of activities that sit across sales and marketing. You understand the business — what sales and marketing are trying to achieve, and how they actuallywork dayto day — and you are equally comfortable on the technical side, driving change and positioning an organization technically for what comes next. You adapt as conditions shift and keep leading with both compassion andresultorientation. It matters that you communicate well and have a real ability to understand and solve problems from many different perspectives.

The technological landscape moves fast, and standing still is not an option. We are looking for someone who knows the tricks of the trade but who is also good at reading where things are heading — staying a step ahead rather than catching up.

We'd love to hear that you have:

• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams in a technology or systems environment

• A strong understanding of the sales and marketing systems landscape (such as CRM, marketing automation, web platforms, and localization)

• The ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions — comfortable with both strategic discussions and technical depth

• Experience collaborating across functions and regions in a global organization

• A coaching leadership style with a genuine commitment to developing people

Bonus points if you also bring:

• Experience driving technology roadmaps and managing system portfolios across multiple business functions

• Experience leading change in an organization moving towards integrated information flows
