Columbia Retirement Community, a part of Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina (PCSC), is seeking a skilled and compassionate Director of Sales & Marketing to support and grow our senior living community. This position serves an essential role in welcoming residents and families, strengthening relationships, and advancing our mission to serve older adults with dignity, respect, and Christian compassion.
The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing sales and marketing efforts for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Support This role partners closely with operational leaders to ensure a consistent, resident-centered experience from first inquiry through move-in, while supporting occupancy goals and community visibility.
