Inspired by the Latin word meaning ‘I wonder’ or ‘I marvel’, Miiro invites guests to pause, to look around, and to savour every moment.
Our name—echoing the idea of a mirror—reflects both self-discovery and the character of our surroundings. From Paris to Barcelona, London to Gstaad, and Vienna, each Miiro hotel is rooted in its neighbourhood, offering a thoughtful and personal way to travel.
Located in the charming Born district, at the very heart of Barcelona’s Ciutat Vella, Miiro Borneta Hotel offers 92 stylish rooms, an open-kitchen restaurant, a cocktail bar, and a spectacular rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of the city center. We are a hotel full of personality, style, and a dynamic atmosphere, where teamwork and both guest and employee experiences are equally valued.
We are seeking a commercially astute and creatively driven Director of Sales to lead the sales strategy for Borneta.
This is a pivotal leadership role—responsible for shaping demand, building meaningful partnerships, and positioning the hotel as a destination within Barcelona’s competitive luxury landscape. You will be both strategist and storyteller, balancing data-led decision making with a deep understanding of our brand, our neighbourhood, and our guests.
