Auro Hotels is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead the sales and catering strategy for the hotel Reporting to the General Manager, this leader will drive top-line revenue across rooms, food and beverage, and meeting space, while building and coaching a high-performing sales team. The Director of Sales serves as the property's sales champion, generating new business, deepening client relationships, and representing Auro Hotels' people-centric hospitality with every guest, client, and community partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads for the property, developing new revenue opportunities across all market segments.

  • Recruit, train, and coach Sales Managers and Catering team members, building a high-performing, service-driven sales team.

  • Drive achievement of revenue goals across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Meeting Room Rental, and RevPAR Index in partnership with the General Manager.

  • Represent Auro Hotels professionally to clients, guests, and business partners, ensuring every transaction is handled with integrity.

  • Partner with AURO Integrated Services and the Vice President of Sales to ensure brand and company programs are properly utilized, providing regular property performance updates.

  • Foster a collaborative, team-oriented relationship with sister properties, sharing best practices across the Auro Hotels portfolio.
