Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve property’s financial room and catering goals whilst consistently analysing market information
Responsible for managing large group/catering related opportunities with significant revenue potential
Support the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by engaging and inspiring guests through each customer experience
Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts
Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst enabling achievement of property sales objectives
Lead and manages all day-to-day activities related to the sales function
Ensure your team is supporting the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by engaging and inspiring guests through each customer experience
Plan and execute team building activities so associates feel valued for their contributions

Experience in a similar managerial role
