Job Description

North Point Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and driven Director of Sales to lead the sales efforts for our AC Hotel by Marriott Savannah Historic District and Homewood Suites by Hilton Savannah Historic District/Riverfront. Both hotels are situated on the Savannah River and boast rooftop experiences, riverfront views, and meeting facilities that deliver a memorable guest experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality sales leader to drive strategy, maximize revenue performance, and lead a high-performing sales team.

With 331 guestrooms combined, and more than 4,000 square feet of meeting space, these properties are positioned at the center of Savannah’s booming tourism, entertainment, and corporate markets.

As the Director of Sales, you will oversee the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives, cultivate key client relationships, grow market share, and drive top-line revenue performance across the properties. You will provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to the sales team while collaborating closely with hotel leadership to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional results.

This role is ideal for an experienced hospitality sales leader ready to oversee the sales performance of a dynamic multi-property hotel complex. You will lead a hybrid sales department that is part-in-house and part-remote, across Hilton and Marriott-branded properties, driving strategic revenue growth, market expansion, and team performance.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing hotel sales team across
  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives across multiple hotel segments, including corporate, group, entertainment, sports, and leisure markets
  • Drive top-line revenue performance and market share growth across all properties and revenue streams
  • Mentor, coach, and develop Sales Managers and Coordinators to achieve individual and team performance goals
  • Build and strengthen key relationships within Savannah’s corporate, entertainment, tourism, and convention markets
  • Partner closely with executive leadership to shape business strategy, forecasting, and long-term growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Must have 3+ years of proven hotel sales leadership
  • Must have led a team and possess strong leadership skills
  • Proven success supporting revenue growth and exceeding sales goals within hospitality
  • Marriott and/or Hilton brand experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in group sales strategy
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
