This role turns strategy into results by owning deal progression, forecast accuracy, talent development, CRM rigor, and alignment with Marketing and Technical Sales to build a scalable, high-performing sales organization. Responsible for driving disciplined sales execution, pipeline health, and predictable revenue performance by leading, coaching, and holding Account Executives accountable to consistent standards and outcomes.

$140,000-$160,000 + Bonus Plan (40% Target)
