Full-Time Position

Starting Base Salary: $70,000 annually

Commission Eligible (Strong Earning Potential Based on Performance)

We are seeking a driven and highly motivated Director of Sales to support two senior living communities: Asbury Chandler Estates (Pen Argyl, PA) and Asbury Grace Park (Stroudsburg, PA) This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is energized by both closing and proactive business development.

As a key member of the leadership teams, this individual will be responsible for driving occupancy through a combination of lead management, community engagement, and strategic outreach across both locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed occupancy and revenue targets across both communities
  • Own the full sales cycle, including lead generation, inquiry management, tours, follow-up, and closing
  • Proactively drive business development efforts, including building referral relationships with healthcare providers, local organizations, and community partners
  • Plan and execute outreach initiatives, events, and networking activities to generate qualified leads
  • Maintain a consistent external presence in both markets to build brand awareness and referral pipelines
  • Collaborate with Executive Directors and internal teams to align sales efforts with operational goals and resident experience
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
  • Track and report on key sales metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to improve performance
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage pipeline, ensure timely follow-up, and maintain accurate forecasting
  • Effectively manage time between both communities based on business priorities

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success in both closing and business development/outreach
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong ability to build relationships and generate referrals within the local market
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently across multiple locations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment
  • Willingness to travel regularly between Pen Argyl and Stroudsburg, PA
