The Director of Business Development serve as a primary point-of-contact with our clients to promote WCC’s value and expertise in the origination and servicing of direct consumer loans. The main objective is to develop and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients that produce loans on a regular basis. WCC seeks individuals with good communication skills and the ability to move decision-makers to a positive outcome. Duties will require the consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance to the organization. The position reports directly to the Vice President and will collaborate with individuals and departments across the enterprise.
