Job Purpose
レベニューマネジメントディレクターは、各ホテルチームおよびハブのレベニューマネジメントリーダーとの連携を推進し、国別の戦略目標と財務目標を達成します。そして、国レベルでレベニューチーム内の人材を育成するプロジェクトを実行し、各ホテルでレベニュー戦略が効果的に実行されるようにするという重要な任務を担います。
The Director of Revenue Management Japan drives collaboration with individual hotel teams and Hub Revenue Management leadership to achieve country-specific strategic and financial goals. This role is pivotal in executing projects developing talent within revenue teams at the country level and ensuring that revenue generation strategies are effectively implemented in each hotel.
