Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of revenue management strategies to maximise room revenue, RevPAR, and market share.
  • Oversee forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals and operational needs.
  • Analyse demand patterns, market conditions, competitive intelligence, and business performance to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Optimise inventory, pricing structures, and distribution strategies across all channels, including direct, OTA, corporate, and group segments.
  • Manage and monitor digital and third‑party distribution platforms to ensure optimal positioning and rate integrity.
  • Partner with Sales & Marketing to support promotional strategies, pricing initiatives, and key commercial decisions.
  • Provide regular revenue performance reports and business insights to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, data accuracy, and governance requirements across all systems and platforms.

General Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in revenue management, pricing, or commercial strategy within luxury hospitality or a similar service‑driven industry.
  • Proven ability to lead revenue strategy and deliver strong financial results in a competitive market.
  • Strong analytical and data‑interpretation skills with advanced proficiency in forecasting and demand analysis.
  • Expertise in revenue management systems, distribution channels, and market intelligence tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a collaborative and strategic mindset.
  • Candidate with less experience may be considered for a Senior Manager role.
