Compensation: $125,000 / year


Director of Revenue


Do you have experience leading and growing a Sales Team? Ideally in the built environment? Not just meeting but exceeding quota? SAV seeks a proven sales leader to join our Leadership Team, not just a salesperson!


Based in Bozeman, MT, SAV was created to deliver the most amazing luxury technology solutions (Lighting, Shading, Control, Audio, and Video), to the most discerning clients, that enhances the quality of living. Our clients are building luxury homes and they value craftsmanship paired with dedicated customer service.

Your Location

  • SAV: 262 Pronghorn Trail, Bozeman, MT 59718
  • You: Based here and able to meet in-person with: Leadership Team, Sales Team, Clients, Partners
  • Travel: <10% to our other locations (Offices: Big Sky MT, Jackson WY, FL, etc)

Your Contribution to SAV:

Define, Iterate & Manage SAV's Sales Process

  • Optimize: Who we sell to, through, and how
  • Strategize: Develop the plan and required “Tool Kit”
  • Define: Best practices, sales commission plans, etc.
  • Standardization: Across teams, locations and roll-up entities
  • Execution: B2B Partnerships, B2C Sales, Revenue Expansion
  • Forecasting: Roll-up sales pipeline and forecasting across teams/locations
  • Relationships: They are everything! Develop and maintain them with our key partners.
  • Drive: Events, Sales Activities, Best Practices, Change Management
  • Monitor: competitive landscape, market trends, consumer behavior, new market opportunities

Manage SAV’s Sales Team

  • Lead, manage, and hold accountable: Team of 5
  • Meeting or exceeding quota

Collaborate With SAV’s Teams

  • Leadership: The Director of Revenue is a key member of our Leadership Team.
  • Other team interfaces: Design & Engineering, Project Management, Accounting
  • Roll-Up Entities/Locations

Job Qualifications

  • 5yrs+ of sales team management (Not just sales)
  • Pref. Experience: Selling in Built Environment (Architects, Builders, Designers, Owners Reps)

  • Base salary of $125k/yr + Bonus Plan
