<div><strong>About the Role</strong></div><div>The Director of Retail Banking is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the Bank’s consumer growth strategy across branch operations, digital delivery, deposit growth, and customer experience.<br>This role goes beyond traditional branch oversight and focuses on scaling retail banking as a core growth engine while ensuring strong operational discipline, regulatory alignment, and measurable performance outcomes. </div><div> </div><div><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></div><ul>
<li>Lead retail strategy across branches and digital channels</li>
<li>Drive deposit growth, customer acquisition, and product adoption</li>
<li>Oversee branch performance, KPIs, and operational consistency</li>
<li>Build a scalable retail operating model focused on outcomes and accountability</li>
<li>Partner cross-functionally with Compliance, Operations, IT, Finance, and Commercial teams</li>
<li>Lead key initiatives including onboarding, digital expansion, and product strategy</li>
<li>Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and strong control execution</li>
<li>Develop and lead high-performing retail leadership teams</li>
<li>Provide executive and Board-level reporting and insights</li>
</ul><div><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></div><ul>
<li> 10+ years of retail banking experience, including multi-branch or enterprise leadership</li>
<li> Strong knowledge of retail operations, deposit products, and regulatory requirements</li>
<li>Proven ability to drive growth while maintaining compliance and control discipli Experience building scalable operating and performance frameworks</li>
<li>Strong leadership presence with ability to influence at the executive level</li>
<li>High level of judgment, discretion, and accountability</li>
</ul><div><strong>Minimum Qualifications (Required)</strong></div><ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree </li>
<li>10+ years of progressive retail banking experience </li>
<li>5+ years in senior leadership overseeing multiple markets or functions </li>
</ul><div><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications </li>
<li>Experience in digital banking transformation or multi-channel delivery environments </li>
</ul><div><strong>Additional Requirements</strong></div><ul>
<li>Ability to travel between branch locations </li>
<li>Valid driver’s license </li>
<li>Ability to pass background and credit check </li>
<li>Adherence to all company policies and regulatory requirements </li>
<li>This role requires regular in-person presence within a branch environment to effectively lead day-to-day operations and support retail teams </li>

<li>Active participation in virtual meetings and use of Bank-approved systems (Teams, Outlook, MFA) </li>
<li>Ability to maintain functioning audio/video capability for meetings and training</li>
