We are seeking a Director of Reservations who embodies this philosophy: a strategic, guest‑centric leader who understands that the first impression begins long before arrival.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum of 8 years progressive (Luxury) hotel work experience. (Islands property preferred)
· Currently occupying a role of Front Office Manager/ Reservations and Revenue Manager, or Assistant Director of Reservations.
· Must have experience working, directing & effectively communicating with several different cultures. The ideal candidate is a seasoned traveller & has moved within their career.
· Work Experience/ Background: Luxury, high-end 5-star hospitality, Residences & Villa product knowledge is an advantage, experience with condo/ villa ownership agreement.
· Fluent & excellent in English, both spoken & written.
· Experience working with Opera Cloud, Duetto and TravelClick will be an added advantage.
