VITAL THERAPY, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a full time Director of Rehabilitation to lead our stable, in-house therapy team. We seek a dynamic therapist who is passionate about delivering the best care possible to our patients and residents and offer opportunities for you to develop programs in long term care, functional maintenance, and other areas where you find your professional passion. We offer on-going training and career development opportunities as well as ways to expand your therapy career with our growing organization.

Requirements
Texas Therapy License
SLP Operations has Skilled Nursing Facilities in the state of Texas and Oklahoma, which offer both private and semi-private accommodations giving residents the opportunity to make their surroundings feel like home.
