The Rehabilitation Director is responsible for organizing, developing, and directing occupational, physical, and speech therapy services.
Works collaboratively with other health care professionals within and outside of the facility to achieve department and facility goals. Supports direct care services through staff education, training, competencies, and quality assurance. Assists with the planning and developing of the rehabilitation departments’ budgets. Develops and maintains rehabilitation policies and procedure manuals.
