Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the continue business development of Regional Marketing team – Southeast Asia
Responsible for new player development by capturing and cultivating high quality players
Maintains accurate records and documentation so that information can be analyzed
Monitor employee adherence to performance standards regularly.
Establish and maintain open channels of communication within Regional Marketing team
Establish a team atmosphere where all members are treated with dignity and respect.
Maintain and establish relationship with Potential player
Reach turnover requirement set by the management team
Work closely with all managers with other departments to ensure a smooth operation
Assist company event and promote to players
Job Requirement:
Minimum 3 years’ related experience in casino marketing management required, with track record of effective and successful management
Must be bilingual in Mandarin/Cantonese and English; (Other Asian languages advantageous e.g. Thai, Malay, Japanese, Indonesian, Korean)
Possess PC knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft office
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and possess strong well-established clientele in Southeast Asia market
