Job Description


Is responsible for the efficient management of all administrative services, facilities, and construction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure the proper construction, remodeling, maintenance, and repair of all bank-owned and/or occupied facilities in a responsible, cost-effective manner.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of bank vehicles, mobile and hard-wired generators, furniture, Multi-function Copiers, fixtures and non-IT equipment in a safe, cost-effective manner that minimizes down time and/or disruption of services.
  • Ensure all Facilities-related conversion tasks required as part of any Merger and Acquisition are executed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Ensure the proper storage and re-issuance of surplus bank F.F.&E. as well as the elimination of items determined to be obsolete or non-repairable.
  • Manages all requests for internal repairs and staff support, prioritizing and assigning work internally if possible, utilizing outside contractors when not.
  • Ensure the bank's fax and alarm telecommunications operational activities and systems in a cost-effective efficient manner.
  • Ensure the onboarding of any new vendors and annual recertification of current vendors is managed according to Vendor Risk Management guidelines.
  • Ensure all vendors invoices are property reviewed and processed for payment via ProLog.
  • Ensure the bank's sensitive records disposal minimizing the risk to confidentiality of customer information.
  • Exercise the typical managerial activities concerning staffing performance appraisals, promotions, salary adjustments, terminations; and formalize and monitor the annual facility management budget.
  • Adhere to the highest legal and ethical standards applicable to our industry, while observing both the spirit and letter of all government regulations and laws, and bank policies and procedures.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Expertise and experience in facilities maintenance, construction, remodeling, management, and contract/lease negotiation, obtained through a minimum of 5-7 years related experience.
  • Knowledge of business acumen in a financial services environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing with internal and external associates.
  • Knowledge of PC based software programs including Microsoft Office applications. Experience with ProLog and ServiceNow or other work-order software programs preferred.
  • A valid Florida driver's license with a safe driving record.
  • College degree or comparable experience required
