A growing healthcare company is seeking a Director of Recruitment to join their team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead the recruitment efforts for both office and field roles within the company.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, employees, and external partners.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
