The Firm is seeking a Director of Recruiting and Integration who will ensure that these efforts are not transactional but instead serve as a strategic lever for firm growth.
Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this individual will lead the team of professionals responsible for attorney and business services recruiting and integration while directly driving partner recruiting strategy. This is a high-visibility leadership role at the intersection of firm strategy and talent - working closely with senior leadership and practice group leaders to identify, attract, and successfully integrate high-impact partners.
