Hillcrest Health & Living is seeking a Director of Recruitment to lead and evolve our enterprise-wide recruiting strategy across multiple service lines and communities. This role is responsible for driving hiring outcomes, building scalable systems, and partnering closely with operational leaders to ensure we attract and retain top talent.

What You’ll Do
• Lead and execute system-wide recruiting strategy across senior living, healthcare, and support roles
• Partner with operational leaders (Executive Directors, DONs, Administrators) to align hiring needs with business goals
• Build and optimize recruiting processes, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency and quality of hire
• Oversee job advertising strategy, sourcing channels, and employer branding efforts
• Develop and track recruiting metrics, leveraging data and dashboards (Power BI) to inform decisions
• Coach and support hiring managers on interview practices, candidate experience, and selection
• Identify workforce trends and proactively address hiring challenges
• Drive initiatives to reduce agency usage through direct hire strategies
• Ensure consistency and compliance across recruiting practices

What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience, with leadership experience preferred
• Experience in healthcare, senior living, or multi-site environments strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruiting while maintaining quality standards
• Strong relationship builder with the ability to influence leaders at all levels
• Data-driven mindset with experience using reporting tools (Power BI or similar)
• Experience with ATS systems (Dayforce preferred)
• Highly organized, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
