We’re hiring a Director of Quality & Technical Services to join COUNTY PRESTRESS & PRECAST in Westmont, Illinois
The Director of Quality & Technical Services acts as a strategic advisor to the Prestress Leadership boosting efficiency through commercial and operations continuous improvement, cross-functional projects, industrial engineer program, and direct oversite of the Prestress Division Quality Control Department. This is a dual focused leadership role responsible for improving operational performance across the division while also developing architectural precast capabilities across multiple manufacturing plants. This role leads continuous improvement initiatives, standardizes processes, drives cross plant collaboration, and builds the technical, quality, and production foundation required to produce consistent, high quality structural and architectural precast products.
This individual partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality and Safety to elevate plant efficiencies, adding valuable input into design and manufacturing standards, and support multi plant development of architectural core competencies. The role acts as both an operational excellence leader and the primary driver for architectural best practices.
