Job Description

Responsibilities:
•Lead end-to-end Quality Assurance across the Business Unit for networking products, include NPI, Mass Production, components and supplier quality. QMS, CIP, PFMEA, PokaYoke, GembaWalk, and Quality Excellence.
•Ensure customer satisfaction and comply all customer quality requirements.  Fostering strong and collaborative relationships with clients.
•Lead cross-functional teams to build up Total Quality Management culture and drive for Continuous Quality Improvement.
•Introduce and implement advanced mfg technologies and innovations to enhance quality.
•Develop and mentor a team of leadership with well-rounded, high-potential quality professionals.
 
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics, or related fields.
2. Minimum of 10 years of Quality or Engineering experience, minimum 5 years in Quality management position.
3. At least 8 years of experience in electronic manufacturing within a Contract Manufacturer (CM) environment with a proven record.
4. Strong English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) and excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities.
5. Willing to work under pressure.
6. Work in Mexico.
