Job Description

Job Location: Hinesville, GA 31313
Position Type: Full TimeJOB SUMMARY
Responsible for overseeing the facility’s Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program and coordinating education for clinical and non-clinical staff. Monitors quality indicators, analyzes performance data, implements improvement initiatives, and ensures staff receive required orientation, training, and competency validation.

QualificationsJOB QUALIFICATIONS1.  Minimum level of Education: BSN or equivalent.
2. Formal Training:  Clinical nursing competence. Management skills: planning, organizing, implementing, facilitating, interviewing, counseling, verbal and written communication.
3. Licensure, Certifications & Registration:  Current Georgia RN license. BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications; instructor credentials preferred or to be obtained within designated timeframe.
4. Work

Experience:  Three (3) to Five (5) clinical practice; management experience preferred. Experience with quality improvement and staff education. Knowledge of QAPI, PDSA, and performance improvement. Intermediate Computer skills for data tracking and reporting.
5. Special Conditions: Strong interpersonal and influencing skills. Ability to perform under stress, multitask, and maintain accuracy.
