Compensation: $350,000 base + equity

You will bring the local expertise, leadership, and operating discipline to take ownership of the business and help scale it.

What you'll do

• Take ownership of New York property management operations and team performance.
• Lead rent collection, eviction processes, HPD matters, and regulatory compliance with a clear understanding of New York requirements.
• Build the systems, people, and accountability needed to manage a growing portfolio well.
• Address operational problems directly and keep properties and teams moving.
• Work with ownership to grow the property management business while protecting operating standards.

Who we're looking for

A leader who has run a substantial New York property management operation and understands its details firsthand. You know how local rules affect the business and can translate that knowledge into practical decisions.

You are a builder with sound judgment, clear standards, and the drive to create something bigger. Demonstrated success at scale matters more than a rigid experience threshold.
