Maersk Logistics and Services USA LLC handles end-to-end warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities. Our facilities are capable of receiving, storing, processing and dispatching cargo, so we can build flexibility and resilience into the supply chain process. Our integrated solutions allow us to be prepared for supply chain risks, so we can plan distribution to better achieve lead time and goals despite unexpected conditions. Manage the performance of MCL Delivery, IDC, GVT, and Hudd in accordance with the contract and/or direction from the Head of Operations Support to maximize operational execution related to assigned account(s). Provide ongoing support to Technical Sales, KCM, CPM, and CX through direct communication, liaison activities, and escalation support with Account Senior Management.
Develop and implement strategies to create customizable MCL Delivery and GVT solutions based on account requests and needs from an operational perspective, while maintaining standard product offerings that deliver the most reliable and efficient service at the lowest possible cost. Build strong relationships across account internal departments and the network to ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle by working closely with both the account and internal teams (Direct Imports, Global Logistics, Transportation, Food, and IT).
Proactively solve complex challenges through accurate identification of underlying factors and root causes, addressing account requests and needs while maintaining awareness of how proposed solutions may impact other MCL Delivery, GVT, and Hudd accounts.

Pay Range:
$130,000-$150,000
*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
