A healthcare organization is seeking a proactive and results-driven Director of Programs to oversee clinic performance, strengthen operations, and ensure teams consistently meet organizational goals.

This individual will have the flexibility to work remotely while remaining actively involved in daily clinic operations through regular office visits, performance reviews, and ongoing communication with staff and management.

The ideal candidate is a strong, hands-on leader who takes initiative, understands operational numbers, and knows how to drive results. This role requires someone who can identify areas needing improvement, motivate employees, maintain accountability, and step in on-site whenever necessary to keep operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance across multiple healthcare clinics.
• Monitor daily operations and ensure clinics are functioning efficiently.
• Review financial and operational reports, productivity numbers, and key performance indicators.
• Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to improve results.
• Hold clinic managers and employees accountable for productivity and performance.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clinic leadership to review progress and address challenges.
• Motivate and guide teams to meet operational goals and expectations.
• Visit clinic locations regularly to evaluate operations and support staff.
• Be available to work on-site whenever operational needs require.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to clinic workflows.
• Ensure consistent communication and coordination between clinic locations.
• Provide leadership with updates on clinic performance, challenges, and opportunities.
• Take ownership of operational issues and ensure timely follow-through.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in healthcare operations, clinic management, or program leadership.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate teams and maintain accountability.
• Strong understanding of operational performance, productivity tracking, and financial reporting.
• Ability to analyze numbers, identify trends, and implement improvements.
• Experience overseeing multiple teams, departments, or locations preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Confident, proactive, and results-oriented leadership style.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining close oversight of clinic operations.
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing employees remotely and in person.
• Must be available for regular clinic visits and additional on-site support whenever needed.
