The Director of Product Planning is responsible for developing and executing Maxwell's (a division of Clarios) product strategy for the AI Data Center market. This role serves as the market and customer expert, translating emerging industry trends, hyperscaler requirements, and power infrastructure challenges into actionable product roadmaps and growth strategies.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Experience Engineering and Product Planning, the Director of Product Planning will lead efforts to identify new market opportunities, drive product portfolio evolution, and ensure Maxwell's energy storage solutions are aligned with the future requirements of AI-driven data center architectures. The role requires strong industry knowledge of power generation, energy storage, backup power systems, and grid resiliency solutions supporting hyperscale data center deployments.
The successful candidate will build and maintain executive-level relationships with hyperscaler customers and key ecosystem partners while working closely with Sales, Applications Engineering, Systems Solution Engineering, and Core Product Engineering teams to shape Maxwell's long-term product direction.
