THE OPPORTUNITY

AI security, identity security, and data security are converging disciplines. AI agents are rapidly transforming how enterprises operate, accelerating productivity, automating workflows, and enabling new business models. At the same time, they introduce a new security challenge: agents execute through human and machine identities, inheriting permissions that grant access to sensitive enterprise data. Traditional identity security was designed to govern who can access resources, not how autonomous agents use that access at machine speed.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Product Marketing to define the go-to-market strategy, messaging, and positioning for Cyera's Identity Security solutions. In this role, you will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to establish Cyera's leadership at the intersection of identity, data, and AI security. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in identity security, a strong understanding of modern AI architectures and non-human identities, and a passion for translating complex technical capabilities into compelling customer narratives that drive market adoption.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Cyera’s Identity Security solution.
• Own the strategic storytelling for Cyera's Identity Security portfolio, crafting compelling messaging that differentiates Cyera in the market.
• Define category-defining narratives that position Cyera at the convergence of identity, data, and AI security.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling customer stories that resonate with executive and technical audiences.
• Partner with product management to translate technical capabilities into customer-centric benefits.
• Create high-impact sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and battle cards.
• Conduct market research to understand customer pain points, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with demand generation and digital marketing teams to develop campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation.
• Serve as a thought leader, contributing to blog posts, webinars, videos, and industry events.
• Monitor and measure the success of product marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7+ years of product marketing experience in cybersecurity, identity security, AI security, or adjacent enterprise security markets.
• Deep understanding of identity security, including human and non-human identities, identity governance, privileged access, and modern identity architectures.
• Understanding of AI, data security, and the convergence of identity, data, and AI security.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused messaging.
• Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to build category-defining narratives that resonate with executive and technical audiences.
• Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for enterprise security products.
• Proficiency creating high-impact sales enablement and marketing content for both technical and business audiences.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Analyst Relations.
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:

The compensation range represents Cyera’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Cyera may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. The final salary for this position will be determined in Cyera’s sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Cyera’s business and other operational considerations.

Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.
