Working closely with Business Unit leadership, System Applications, Product Development, Sales, and Marketing Communications, this role will define where Power Integrations should compete, how the company will win, and what investments are required to support future growth.
A key responsibility will be shaping Power Integrations' participation in next-generation AI infrastructure, including emerging auxiliary power, distributed power, and higher-voltage power delivery architectures that are expected to drive future datacenter growth.
In addition to market ownership, this leader will build and develop a high-performing Datacenter Strategic Marketing team capable of driving market insight, customer engagement, competitive strategy, and GTM execution across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

  • Identify market gaps, competitive threats, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Drive clear customer value propositions and market messaging.
Go-to-Market Leadership
  • Develop and drive the Datacenter GTM strategy, including customer targeting, design-win priorities, ecosystem engagement, messaging, and launch plans.
  • Partner with Sales, Applications, and GTM teams to accelerate strategic opportunities and improve win rates.
Organizational Leadership
  • Build and lead a high-performing Datacenter Strategic Marketing team.
  • Develop organizational capability in market analysis, customer engagement, competitive intelligence, and strategic planning.
Qualifications
  • BS in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in strategic marketing, product marketing, product management, applications, business development, or related leadership roles within semiconductors, power electronics, or datacenter infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of datacenter and AI infrastructure power architectures, including server power, auxiliary power, distributed power systems, and emerging higher-voltage power delivery trends.
  • Proven ability to develop market strategies, influence product roadmaps, and drive GTM execution.
  • Experience engaging directly with hyperscalers, server OEMs/ODMs, power supply providers, or datacenter ecosystem partners.
  • Strong technical credibility and ability to engage effectively with engineering, applications, sales, and executive leadership teams.
