
Director of Product Management
At Guitar Center, Product Development builds the systems and experiences that help musicians discover, purchase, learn, and grow. We are looking for a Director of Product Management to lead the Product Management function within the Technology organization.
Our product model is built on strong partnership between Product, business stakeholders, and Technology. Product Managers lead Product Groups to guide discovery and delivery and ensure work is tied to measurable outcomes. This role will lead the team and organization to deliver outsized impact through product excellence and inspiring leadership.

Preferred Experience
Compensation: $ 195,000 - $250,000 base depending on experience and location. This role is eligible for an annual performance-based program. This posting is provided in accordance with state pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will depend on experience, education, and other factors.
