As Rippling scales into the enterprise and expands globally, the Tax Platform is mission-critical infrastructure: it must be accurate, explainable, and reliable at a level most payroll systems were never designed for.
We’re looking for a Director of Product, based in Bangalore, to lead Rippling’s Global Tax Platform team. You’ll own the end-to-end system that calculates, files, and pays taxes globally — across employees and contractors, across every country we operate in, and across federal, state, and local jurisdictions.
