Join us as the Director of Planning and Scheduling and take ownership of how planning drives performance across our business. You will shape the future of scheduling by establishing best practices, developing talent, and enabling teams to deliver projects more efficiently across a diverse portfolio of construction work.
This role, preferably based out of our Calgary, AB office, is accountable for setting standards, building scalable systems, developing talent, and enabling project teams to plan and execute work in the most efficient and effective way. Rather than owning day-to-day project delivery, the Director ensures that planning and scheduling practices are consistent, actionable, and fully integrated across preconstruction and operations.

Compensation Transparency
Expected Salary: $160,000 - $190,000
The base salary range for this role is listed above and may vary based on your experience. This position also includes a competitive bonus program Throughout the interview process, we’ll discuss your background to determine the best alignment for your experience level.
