Level Senior Job Location CORPORATE - Atlanta, GA 30328 Position Type Full Time

Primary responsibilities include leading People Operations functions which includes but is not limited to managing organizational development (processes and procedures), employee coaching and training, employee relations, compensation and benefits, safety and health services, legal requirements and reporting, policy and procedural practices. Enforces and manages personnel programs, including: planning, organizing, developing, implementing, and coordinating. Manage and coordinate the daily functions occurring with Onboaring of New Employees, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Training and Development, Recruitment and Staffing, HRIS Networks, Employment Relations (Job Analysis, Workforce Planning and Competency, Diversity Assessments, Labor Law Compliance). Assist department managers and corporate staff to develop personnel business plans and budgets. Coordinate and act as liaison with labor counsel and outside government agencies (Department of Labor, Workers Compensation, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, FLSA, Bureau of Labor Statistics, and OSHA). Lead and development direct reports through coaching, training, and project completion. Promote and lead healthy culture and engagement.



Qualifications

Required Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree; Masters Degree desired in HR; PHR or SPHR Certification preferred

Required Minimum

Experience:
8-10 years HR experience; at least three in management role

A combination of experience, education, and/or training which substantially demonstrates the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Maintains a professional, positive and respectful disposition at all times
  • Demonstrated project management skills; detailed oriented and organized
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong PC skills, including experience using MS Office Suite and database management
  • Ability to lead people and get results through others
  • Knowledge of Employment Law regulations
  • Detailed math aptitude and report managemet
