We are looking for a Director of People with a founder mentality someone who can design the People strategy while executing with excellence. You will own the full People function (People Ops, Talent Acquisition, Culture) and report directly to the CEO.
Lead People strategy, organizational design, and leadership development.
Build and scale the People team across People Ops, Talent Acquisition & Culture.
Own performance, compensation, and talent development frameworks.
Oversee HR processes across countries: onboarding, payroll coordination, HRIS, benefits, compliance.
Lead recruitment strategy and employer branding.
Strengthen culture, internal communications, and engagement programs.
A high-performing People team is in place.
The company has doubled headcount while raising the talent bar.
Structured hiring, performance, and compensation frameworks are implemented.
Managers are stronger and better equipped.
Reliable People dashboards guide decision-making.
Culture is sharper and more aligned with the mission.
8+ years in People/HR roles, ideally in high-growth tech environments.
Strong experience in People Ops, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management & Org Design.
Data-driven, strategic, and hands-on.
Experience working with multicultural, distributed teams across LATAM.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
