This role is home-based and requires domestic travel on a regular basis. Relocation will not be required unless the candidate lives in a remote location, which makes travel to most of our locations difficult.

  • Leverage other support capabilities to achieve results faster and sustain them over time. An example would be how we leverage our data analytics and remote process engineering teams to identify and close gaps versus our traditional methods.

  • Effectively leverage all available resources (e.g., other capabilities, site personnel, etc.) to achieve positive work-life balance for the team.
  • Leverage and encourage the growth of the knowledge networks among the facility paper makers and external SMEs. Drive best practices and profitable standardization across the group.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
