This director-level role is responsible for driving operational excellence, leading quality improvement initiatives, and strengthening organizational performance.The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who thrives on improving processes, ensuring compliance, developing staff, and stepping in wherever leadership support is needed as our organization continues to grow.
The Director of Organizational Performance serves as a strategic partner to the Executive Director, Director of Clinical Services (DCS), and leadership team to improve operational efficiency, enhance quality outcomes, and support organizational success. This individual will lead performance improvement initiatives, oversee quality and compliance efforts, provide leadership coverage when needed, and foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
