The Director of Organic Growth is a vital role responsible for ensuring effective execution and supporting the ongoing development of programs and strategies to improve health and wellness outcomes for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Drives IDD growth initiatives across RHA’s portfolio, including cultivating new business & service lines.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead strategies for product development and implementation for intellectual and developmental disabilities programs across all markets and lines of business
• Sources and maintains a pipeline of future growth prospects for placement.
• Perform competitive analysis of relevant health care markets and managed care products to assist in identifying intellectual and developmental disability models and industry best practices that can be used to generate and support program development and growth
• Support care management programs and processes to meet health plan and state goals
• Lead and support network plan to guide contracting and provider relations departments in their work with providers, including HCBS provider strategies, to meet health plan and state goals
• Direct the development and implementation of policies & procedures, work processes, financial reporting, compliance, systems, ensuring metrics are established and measured
• Develop and maintain key state and federal relationships, coordinate and participate on departmental and state committees, and other activities, meetings and trainings
• Oversee the relationship with operations partners to ensure effective joint operations
• Ensure positive relationships and feedback loops with the community and other stakeholders

• Required and Preferred Qualifications

  Required Experience A minimum of five (5) years of program development and/or experience in Medicaid, SCHIP, Medicare, or managed health care.Minimum 2 years experience working with persons with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities required; 1-year experience if paired with Master’s degree.

  Preferred Experience: Extensive experience within the intellectual and developmental disability space

  Required Education Bachelor of Arts/Science degree in finance, business, or health care field or equivalent work experience is required.

  Preferred Education Master’s degree

  Preferred Certifications TBD

  Preferred Computer Applications/Platforms Microsoft Office Products
