Director of Operations (m/f)

We are seeking an experienced and strategically oriented professional who will take over the leadership of operational functions within a complex and dynamic business environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient, secure, and scalable operational processes that support the organization’s growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Defining and implementing the operational strategy
• Optimizing, digitalizing, and improving key processes
• Ensuring stable and efficient operational performance
• Managing operational risks and compliance
• Leading and developing teams and implementing changes
• Monitoring performance and reporting to management

Qualifications & Experience:

• University degree (Economics or related field)
• Several years of experience in operations and leadership roles
• Understanding of complex processes and internal controls
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Active knowledge of English
