The Role

As a key member of the Hotel Executive Leadership team, leading the hotel operations and supporting the Hotel General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering operational excellence across the hotel.Overseeing the Rooms Division, Food & Beverage and Security functions, you will orchestrate seamless daily operations whilst upholding the highest standards of luxury service, brand integrity, and commercial performance.

This role calls for a leader who is both strategic and deeply present, who leads from the front, inspiring your teams to deliver intuitive, personalised guest experiences while driving sustainable business success. With a natural ability to connect and influence, you will cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence and bringing to life our culture of Inspiring Incredible in every interaction. You will also:

• Champion operational innovation and continuous improvement
• Drive key performance metrics with a balanced, forward-thinking approach
• Build strong, trusted relationships with ownership stakeholders
• Act as General Manager in their absence, ensuring continuity of leadership and vision

About You

You are an accomplished and commercially astute hotelier with a passion for luxury hospitality and a reputation for delivering exceptional results. You will bring:

• Extensive leadership experience within Hotel Operations in a complex, high-volume luxury environment
• A well-rounded operational background, with exposure to both Rooms Division and Food & Beverage
• A proven track record of driving performance, profitability, and guest satisfaction at a senior level
• Deep understanding of luxury brand standards and the ability to elevate them further
• Strategic agility, with an innovative and forward-thinking mindset
• The ability to lead change, inspire high-performing teams, and influence diverse stakeholders
• Experience across local and international luxury markets, ideally within landmark or high-profile properties
• A tertiary qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related discipline
• You must hold full Australian working rights without restriction
