About the Role A specialty cardiac diagnostics clinic with a differentiated testing product is looking for a Director of Operations to take full ownership of the business — so the owner can step back. Key Responsibilities

Operations & Facility Management

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and facility management
• Ensure a safe, compliant, and well-run environment for staff and patients
• Manage vendor relationships and building/facility needs

Growth & Business Development

• Drive new partnership development and referral relationships
• Support clinic growth initiatives and identify expansion opportunities
• Handle onboarding of new partners and referral sources

Finance & Revenue

• Lead the financial side of patient quotes and pricing
• Ensure revenue covers operating costs and fuels growth
• Monitor financial performance and report to ownership

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Manage clinic staff and day-to-day personnel needs
• Serve as the primary point of contact between ownership and the team
• Take full ownership of projects so they are off the owner's plate

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations leadership, ideally in a healthcare or clinical setting
• Strong financial acumen — able to oversee budgets, pricing, and P&L
• Experience building referral networks or business development partnerships
• A-player mentality: takes full ownership, sees the big picture, gets things done
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
