What The Position is About:

• Lead the post-sale business operations and manage the production staff
• Oversee and optimize all operational functions including production, project management, labor management, safety, and operational efficiency
• Ensure consistent execution of the production process from job approval through completion across all offices
• Lead and manage production teams including Regional Production Managers and Production Managers (8-10 direct reports)
• Oversee fleet management including vehicle ordering, delivery coordination, maintenance programs, and tracking for 100+ vehicles
• Implement policies and procedures to improve day-to-day operations and standardize safety training systems across the platform
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Manage budgets for operational departments, ensuring effective allocation of resources

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• 5-7+ years of operations leadership experience within roofing industry
• Experience leading operations across multiple states within a $15M+ company
• Strong understanding of job costing, P&L, and financial performance
• Tech savvy (Microsoft 365, CRM/project management systems)
