Overview

Multi-Family Office seeks a Director of Operations to join a boutique, collaborative team serving a sophisticated client base, reporting directly to the COO. Opportunity to manage the financial operations, compliance, client servicing and administrative functions.

• Work with a sophisticated family-office client base in a highly personalized service environment

• Manage and process client servicing requests, including cash transfers, bill payments, monitoring cash flow, funding, and financial planning activities
• Assist in preparing asset allocation worksheets

Requirements

• 5+ years of wealth management operations and/or client service experience
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Full-time, in-office presence in Boca Raton
