Role Description : Director of Operations will run day-to-day operations for a premier security and protection firm serving high-profile clients. You'll lead operations and security staff and partner with other departments to improve how we operate. The best person for this role doesn't just respond to problems. They see them coming and prevent them.

Ideally we want someone who comes from a Security Company who has experience with EP/RST Security Agents.

Responsibilities Include:

· Oversee daily operations, including workflow, shift scheduling and task assignments for operations and security staff, and provide on-site support when staffing gaps occur.

· Supervise account managers and cross-functional teams, providing continuous coaching and performance feedback, including guidance on appearance and conduct.

· Collaborate with department heads to set goals, improve performance and boost operational efficiency.

· Train new hires and provide ongoing training to current staff on procedures, safety and security protocols.

· Support staff management, including hiring, terminations, and disciplinary actions.

· Develop, update, and enforce company policies and SOPs, and continuously evaluate and improve business procedures to align with organizational objectives.

· Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

· Monitor KPIs and analyze metrics to drive informed decision-making.

· Drive cost-efficiency through strategic resource planning, and coordinate with accounting on expense tracking and vendor invoice processing.

· Manage relationships with external partners and vendors.

· Attend client meetings and site walkthroughs, oversee customer support processes to improve satisfaction, and pursue new client acquisition opportunities.

· Manage international job requests from initiation to completion.

Qualifications

· Proven experience in an operations or security leadership role (Director, Senior Manager, or equivalent).

· Experience working discreetly with high-net-worth clients.

· High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business, Criminal Justice, Security Management or related field preferred.

· Must agree to a background check and drug test.

Schedule Expectations:

In-office Monday - Thursday with Friday being Remote:

· Monday: 8am - 2pm

· Tuesday - Thursday: 10am - 3pm

· Friday: 10am - 3pm - Remotely

Be on-call weekends on a rotating basis with the Operations Team.

Support coverage needs at job sites and/or assist with executive protection assignments as Needed.

Attend required events, including any special projects.

Compensation

Starting salary around $80,000 - 85,000

Based on experience, performance and tenure.

Must be Located near Studio City and Local to Los Angeles
