Who We Are Looking For:

Are you the Director of Operations we have been looking for?  In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by leading a dynamic team and bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our students!  

The Walden Street School is a residential treatment setting for adolescents that specializes in trauma informed care. Walden provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a school on site, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

JRI Provides The Training So That: 

  • YOU will be responsible for working collaboratively with all departments at Walden Street School. 
  • YOU will provide supervision to staff from diverse backgrounds, creating an environment of inclusion. 
  • YOU will be responsible for ensuring program complies with all federal, state, funding and city regulations and licensing requirements. 
  • YOU will lead and assist department heads with general operations in all aspects of the program. 
  • YOU will lead all on-boarding, hiring and training within the program.

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field is required. Master's degree is preferred.
  • Applicants must have at least 3 years of experience in a residential and educational program with students that experience emotional and behavioral difficulties. 
  • Applicants must have experience or the ability to learn how to manage, supervise, and develop staff. 
  • Applicants must maintain a valid driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation.
