The compensation range for this position is $210K-$225K/year, depending on experience.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Standardize processes, systems, and best practices across facilities to reduce variability and support scalable growth; champion WMS, TMS, and other operational technology for visibility and decision-making
• Serve as primary escalation point for client/operational issues, protecting customer relationships, and partner cross-functionally (Strategic Account Management, Business Process Optimization, Customer Service, Finance, HR) to align operations with account and organizational goals
• Own safety performance and culture, ensuring OSHA/MSDS compliance and adherence to Barrett's safety, security, and sanitation programs; lead Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives
• Attract, develop, and retain high-performing facility leadership (building bench strength/succession plans); conduct regular site visits and operational reviews to close performance, safety, and compliance gaps
• Cascade communications between leadership and staff, champion the GGOB program (targets, results, mini games), represent multi-site performance to senior leadership/customers, and perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or other industry-related field required; MBA preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive operations, supply chain, or logistics leadership experience required, including demonstrated success leading multi-site operations.
• Experience in 3PL, large-scale fulfillment, or distribution strongly preferred.
• Proven track record owning multi-site P&L in excess of $20M.
• Demonstrated experience establishing and managing KPIs and SLAs (e.g., OTIF, cost per unit, safety incident rate, labor productivity) across multiple locations.
• Proficient with all Microsoft applications; working knowledge of WMS, TMS, and ERP platforms required. Previous experience with Synapse WMS preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (Bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred).
