YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

  • Leads a small team in supporting and servicing the day-to-day activities.
  • Model genuine, warm, and attentive hospitality across all departments.
  • Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction metrics and implement improvements where needed.
  • Lead daily operations of Front Desk, Guest Services, and Housekeeping.
  • Support accounting processes including billing accuracy, deposits, and audit compliance.
  • Lead and support the F&B team in driving service excellence, team development, and outlet standards.
  • Manage beverage and food cost controls through inventory management, ordering practices, waste reduction, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
  • Support menu rollouts, seasonal updates, product selections, and experiential enhancements.
  • Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and atmosphere align with the hotel’s identity and guest expectations.
  • Hire, onboard, train, coach, develop, and support team members at all levels.

Requirements

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

  • High school or equivalent education required.
  • Several years of hotel operations or hospitality leadership experience, including supervisory or managerial roles.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.

YOU’LL STAND OUT IF YOU BRING

  • Education Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related field.
  • Experience and/or Training Hands-on leadership experience in bar, café, or beverage-focused service environments.
  • Technology/Equipment Experience with PMS and POS systems is a plus.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

• U.S. Work Authorization (required).
